Tri-City Group is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an opening in Port Washington, WI. The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in keeping projects organized, maintaining accurate information, and supporting execution from pre-construction through closeout.

• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, and project workflows
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This includes effective communication, a proactive approach to follow-up, and the ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving forward.
• 1–2 years of construction or project coordination experience (preferred)
• Experience with tools such as Procore & Bluebeam (preferred)
