About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Prague. This is a highly visible, hands-on individual contributor role for a talent acquisition expert who thrives on turning strategy into results through direct ownership and execution, rather than team management. You will lead full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience. Using data and market insight, you will turn business priorities into effective hiring strategies and results, bringing deep expertise in technical recruitment across manufacturing and engineering. If you are a strategic, hands-on recruiter who enjoys building pipelines, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impact directly, we would love to hear from you.
