Join us as a Behavioral Health Coach on our innovative telehealth platform, Intellect, where you’ll empower clients to enhance their mental well-being and achieve personal growth. Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals. This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. While we prefer local candidates, we welcome talented professionals from various locations to apply.
What you'll bring
- Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
- Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
- Ready to make a real impact in mental health?
- Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
