About the role
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate inventory management by receiving, tracking, counting, organizing, and reconciling product within Bomb Party’s warehouse or fulfillment environment. This role helps ensure inventory records are accurate, product movement is properly documented, and stock is available to support daily operational and fulfillment needs. The Inventory Control Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient workflow across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and replenishment processes. This position partners closely with warehouse, shipping, purchasing, and operations teams to identify inventory variances, conduct cycle counts, resolve product issues, and uphold company standards for accuracy, organization, and accountability. A successful Inventory Control Clerk is detail-oriented, dependable, process-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
