About the role
We seek an Escrow Officer to join our team in Preston, ID . The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing escrow files from the date of receipt through the date of completion. This involves the administration of construction escrow accounts and basic commercial and residential accounts. When needed, assist in preparing more complex escrow transactions. This position is responsible for curative matters and title exceptions to be cleared and may have the authority to waive exceptions. Smooth and efficient closings are essential since this position is responsible for conducting all stages of the transaction to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Pre- and post-closing tasks require extensive phone and personal contact.
