This role is central to their financial health — you'll partner closely with leadership to turn big ideas into achievable, well-planned realities. What you'll bring
- Experience in or strong understanding of mission driven organizations
- Strong skills in cash flow management, budgeting, cost analysis, AP/AR, financial reporting and forecasting, and WIP/job-profitability tracking

- 7+ years of experience in a similar accounting/finance role, leadership experience preferred, not required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, preferred.
- Experience with Zoho preferred
