We seek Leadership Coach | Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services [PPPL0011010] candidates with relevant Energy & Scientific Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy & Scientific Research Sector Clients such as PPPL. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Energy & Scientific Research Sector and Leadership Coach Candidates principally support Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
- Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Professional And Executive Leadership Coaching activities Professional & Executive Leadership Coaching Services Functional Area Activities.
- Performance feedback, coaching conversations, empathy, assessment tools usage.
- ▪ Growth mindset, communication, initiative, learning agility, influence.
- Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
