About the role
This is a real job with real responsibility - and real support. As a Program Leader - Lifeguard , you help keep the waterfront safe and fun for campers. You guard the swimming area , support and lead daily activities , and help camp run smoothly outside of swim times. This role is active, steady, and a big part of the camp experience . You will spend your summer outdoors, working with a supportive team, meeting new people, and helping campers feel confident and safe in the water . 18 or older. Strong swimmer with comfort in moving, natural bodies of water.
