About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Lead who thrives in a competitive environment, wants a new challenge in their career, and is looking for the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You will be responsible for selling into existing accounts (20%) and targeting new logos (80%) within the UK. You will drive account development & revenue growth leading to customer satisfaction and on-going customer loyalty through continuous improvement and focused innovation initiatives. You will build and foster strategic relationships and will be at the forefront of our customers’ digital transformation journeys, working jointly with these customers to merge business vision with solution roadmaps to enable successful transformation.
What you'll bring
- Must be energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to exceed assigned goals
- Have a track record and solid commercial experience in a similar capacity in wither the
- Commercial/Public Sectors or both
- Possesses C-level contacts and relationships
- Have a good knowledge and strong evidence of successful sales of SaaS/ Professional/Managed Services propositions
- Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Portfolio, and will be able to articulate business value and solution functionality
- Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to engage/sustain C-Level audiences and construct effective propositions/proposals and respond effectively to tenders
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, work cross-functionally within the organisation, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Motivate and lead; embody CPS' core values; operate with purpose and a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales methodologies (e.g., The Challenger Sale)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
