About the role

At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) , we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians . As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans that help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) —the gold standard in autism therapy.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available a minimum of   15 hours per week
• Afternoon/evening availability between   1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration
• Willing to travel up to   25 miles   from your home for client sessions
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
• Build valuable ABA experience while getting paid to learn.
