About the role

is seeking Flightline Operations Managers (Level K) to support the 737 Field Operations team in Renton, WA. This position is available for Shift 1 or 2, the Shift will be determined at the time of offer. This position will require the candidate to use their business, leadership and people skills to inspire a safe work environment and exceptional performance to develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures. Successful candidates must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, cross-functional support and direct reports.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
• Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
• Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership.”
• 3+ years of flightline operations experience
• 3+ years of experience working with live customers
• 3+ years of experience with any of the following: quality assurance, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures
• 3+ years of proficiency using CMES
• This is not an Export Control position.
