About the role
Ivy Tech Community College - Richmond is seeking a full-time Project Director for TRIO/Student Support Services (SSS) to lead the daily coordination of the TRIO SSS grant project. The Director will guide project staff in developing the services, activities, and resources outlined in the grant proposal and will be accountable for fiscal management of grant funds, supervision of project personnel, and reporting of project outcomes. The Director manages the TRIO SSS grant in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations, and supports strategies that serve at-risk and disadvantaged student populations.

- Master's degree in educational leadership, education, administrative guidance and counseling, developmental education, counseling, social work, human services, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of direct experience in collegiate student services or in the delivery of social services to disadvantaged populations.
- Supervisory experience.
- Minimum of two years of personnel supervision and budget management.
- Evidence of strong personnel management skills and fiscal/administrative experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- General knowledge of federal government regulations.
