About the role
The primary focus of this position is to provide technical leadership and administration of maintenance and facility systems, including Maximo CMMS, BAS, and Calibration Management Systems.

- Associate degrees in a technical discipline with relevant industry experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
- e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
- Demonstrates expertise in maintenance systems and technologies including Maximo CMMS, Building Automation Systems (BAS), calibration management systems, asset management, maintenance planning, and engineering principles.
- Applies technical knowledge to improve reliability, compliance, and operational performance.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and work safely around operating equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, reliability, asset management, or technical operations within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with CMMS administration, asset management systems, maintenance planning, and reliability improvement programs strongly preferred.
