About the role

This is a hands-on creator role, not a scheduler role. We're looking for someone who wants to be behind the camera, in front of the camera, at events, and in the room capturing authentic moments that connect with our audience. This role supports both Life Fitness and Hammer Strength across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This Role Is For You If...

What you'll bring

• 2-5 years’ experience creating engaging social content for a brand, agency, media company, or as a creator, along with a portfolio showcasing strong short-form video work.
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through short-form video, with strong editing skills and a track record of driving audience engagement.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and other social platforms, including what resonates with audiences and why.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Self-motivated, agile, and able to quickly turn ideas into high-quality, published content.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically, with occasional international travel, to attend customer visits, industry events, trade shows, and brand activations while creating real-time content and building relationships within the fitness community.
• This is a hybrid role based at our Global Headquarters in Rosemont, IL.
• Team members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. #LI-Hybrid
