Mother Lode Holding Company is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Field Support Technician to join our Information Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in IT while gaining hands-on experience supporting end users, hardware, software, and enterprise technologies. In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support to our internal customers, helping ensure our employees have the technology they need to serve our customers. You'll troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, configure new equipment, travel to branch offices to provide onsite support, and work alongside experienced IT professionals in a collaborative environment.
What you'll bring
- Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a technical support, help desk, or desktop support environment (internships or relevant technical experience may be considered).
- Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
