About the role
The role requires demonstrated expertise in the residential single-family rental space, including familiarity with SFR market dynamics, asset lifecycle management, and data-driven disposition and reinvestment decision-making. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Asset Management.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, AI, economics, or a related field required
- advanced degree (MS
- exceptional recent college graduates will be considered
- familiarity with SFR market dynamics, per-home economics, and asset lifecycle management is a meaningful differentiator
- Financial modeling, business analytics, and/or other real estate experience required
- Working proficiency in Python, R, or SQL expected
- Comfort working with AI and machine learning outputs in a real estate or analytical context
- Current driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling) required
- Some travel may be required to support field market visits and program reviews
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
