About the role

As a Systems Engineer Manager, you will serve as the functional leader for a group of members within the AC/E/IFC department. The functional team will be spread across multiple locations. This position is a dual-hat position requiring the candidate to perform functional management activities as well as the individual's current program responsibilities on program. As a Section Manager you will be expected to spend roughly 20% of your effort on Functional Homeroom responsibilities with 80% of your efforts focused on a technical assignment on an SDS project.

• Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Section Manager 2.
• This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel Program.
• The selected candidate will be part of the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) BU in the AVSI Systems Engineering Directorate, specifically supporting the Advanced Concepts, Enablers, & IFC (AC/E/IFC) Department.

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 8 years of related experience
• 6 years of related experience with a Master’s degree.
