This role is highly sales focused, performance driven, and growth oriented. You will be responsible for hitting financial goals, developing top sellers, and building a culture that attracts both loyal customers and ambitious team members. You will spend time on the floor leading by example, while also owning the behind the scenes business including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory flow, and team development.
