About the role
The Director of Nursing (DON) at PSI is in St Robert, Missouri. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing services within our healthcare facilities. The DON ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective management of nursing staff and resources. What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state(s).
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with budget management and quality improvement methodologies.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- preferably in acute care or long-term care settings.
