About the role
The production laborer assists in various departments, performing various tasks including material handling, equipment preparation, cleaning, packaging, almond quality control—including manual auditing, sorting, and other essential tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are team-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Following established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), BDG policies and procedures, and safety procedures will be part of every aspect of this position. This is a standard manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, hazardous materials, and heavy machinery in varying work and weather conditions. You may be required to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
