About the role
Customer Success Manager is the bridge between sales and customer success. You'll provide support for transitioning prospects into active users, often acting as a go-between with other departments within the company, such as marketing or product management. You will be a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of the buying process. You'll be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. You have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and easily grasp new software applications. You should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that grow our customer base. As a Customer Success Manager, you are the point of contact for customers who are looking to buy products and services, and they are the primary contact for customers throughout the lifespan of the account. Customer Success Managers also work closely with Sales Representatives to close deals and identify upsell opportunities with their customers.
