About the role

Purifier Technician – 3rd Shift Entegris is currently seeking a Purifier Technician to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division in San Luis Obispo, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for  performing tasks related to building our point of use purifiers .  This includes but not limited to manufacturing various subassemblies to engineering specifications, testing finished products, product safety labeling and conducting quality visual inspections . This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions.

What you'll bring

• Lead.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of mechanical assembly or relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to learn to navigate through operating system to find BOMs, drawings and instructions.
• Astute attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to learn how to handle material responsibly.
• Ability to use a computer and learn basic data entry.
• Dependability with flexibility to work overtime and weekends to support business needs.
