Functional Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013. Experience in other CRM packages like Salesforce, Siebel a plus. Proficient on CRM Business Processes in Service management , Sales Force Automation and Marketing automation Excellent experience in working with business stakeholders and SMEs in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements including reporting and interface requirements Excellent experience in documenting use cases, business rules, business process workflows and high level wire frames Experience in maintaining requirement traceability matrix
