About the role
The Retail Associate 's primary goal is to assist visitors and customers of Meow Wolf's gift shop while providing an excellent level of customer service. This job entails completing transactions via a point of sale system, handling cash and providing correct change from a cash register to guests as they make purchases. Meow Wolf's Retail Associate helps keep the gift shop clean, restocking items and organizing storage areas as needed. In this role, one may be asked to further support the Gift Shop department by completing special tasks that include data entry, compiling gift shop items for giveaways, and conducting inventory counts. It is crucial that the Retail Associate maintains an in-depth knowledge of the variety of merchandise items being sold at the Gift Shop. This position is seasonal. We are looking for those who have evening, weekend and holiday availability.
