About the role
Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position is for a highly reputable, privately held, global investment management firm. This person will be responsible for core accounting, financial reporting and consolidation services, and the preparation of financial statements. Primary responsibility is to support the day-to-day accounting activities.
What you'll bring
- Undergraduate degree in accounting.
- 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Positive and hands-on attitude toward problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to get the job done.
- Experience preparing GAAP financial statements.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- CPA and/or private equity experience preferred but not required
