About the role
We’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer to help develop and maintain a reliable, scalable validation infrastructure for 5G Core and device-side network functions spanning both virtualized labs and physical hardware environments. This role will work closely with senior engineers to implement and enhance automation solutions and Test for next-generation wireless systems. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience developing test automation for wireless, networking, embedded, or distributed systems.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Good working knowledge of Linux, including shell scripting, networking, and system debugging.
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with virtualized environments such as VMware, Proxmox, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach to debugging and defect tracking.
- Experience with 5G Core or radio access network technologies.
- Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar network analysis tools.
- Exposure to Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), satellite communication
