About the role

We are looking for a diligent Lead Project Scheduler to join our team. R esponsibilities will include development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules. The role of a Lead Project Scheduler is to ensure that all stages of the construction process are accurately planned and executed in a timely manner. This role can sit out of Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, or St. Louis, MO. If sitting out of an Ohio location, there will be an expectation to travel to St. Louis once a month.

What you'll bring

• Ideal candidates will possess 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and / or Primavera P6.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in concert with estimators, project team -members, subcontractors, engineers, contracting partners and c lients.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• Prior experience performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred.
• preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.
