About the role

The Electrical Foreman supports the Superintendent and/or Project Manager by leading field crews and assisting with the installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on assigned projects. This role functions as a crew leader / working foreman , overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

• Certification: None required
• Identify wire colors and electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, squat, push, pull, and reach overhead
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Maintain awareness in active construction environments
