TouchTunes is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the details, figuring out what happened, and working with people to find a solution. You’ll have the independence to manage your accounts while being part of a collaborative Finance team that’s ready to jump in and help.

What you'll bring

• We’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and motivated to solve problems.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant business, accounts receivable, collections, or customer account experience
• Experience working with an ERP or similar business system and using reporting functionality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage your work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Comfort shifting priorities and moving between different types of tasks throughout the day
• A commitment to demonstrating TouchTunes' core values and behaviors
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and apply sound reasoning to resolve account issues
