About the role

The OM&U North America Operations Leader reports to the Services OM&U Global Operations Director and supports the North America (NAM) Region Leader by driving operational excellence and efficiency within the NAM OM&U team. This role involves performing site team performance reviews, developing and advising on effective staffing strategies, developing/deploying improvement programs, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support our strategic priorities. This role will work to improve the team’s ability to achieve safety, service, quality and timeliness objectives.

What you'll bring

• Must be well versed in taking large volumes of raw data and building reporting and tracking mechanisms.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field services leadership role)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical field services
• Minimum of 5 years of operations and/or business experience related to driving business operational objectives
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within the NAM region
• Ability to and maintain a valid driver's license and willingness to submit to a check of driving record
• Managerial and influencing experience
• Ability, willingness, and adaptability to take initiative and work without direct supervision
• Advanced computer skills utilizing word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
• Experience using Salesforce or other related tools
• Ability to work with a wide variety of personnel at all levels inside and outside of the region.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
