About the role
In this role, you design, develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Evidence.com ( E.com ), Digital Interview Room, Axon Body Cameras, Axon Investigate, and newly developed AI-enabled solutions, while also supporting training delivery operations and strategic initiatives. This role also ensures alignment with Global Training Services standards, promotes cross-regional consistency, and supports the continued evolution and scalability of Axon’s digital training programs.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Training, Education, Criminal Justice, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training delivery, curriculum development, instructional design, or customer enablement.
- Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient with digital platforms, SaaS products, cloud-based systems, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Office, presentation tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Knowledge of law enforcement technology, digital evidence management, body-worn camera systems, or AI-enabled platforms preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus
