About the role

We are seeking a Shapes Business Line Controller to serve as the financial leader for our GEP and PE Shapes business lines, providing strategic financial guidance that supports growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, financial accounting, or manufacturing finance
• Previous Controller or Controlling experience within a manufacturing environment required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, product costing, financial planning, and financial analysis
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen, integrity, and a passion for continuous improvement
• CPA, CMA, or MBA
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
