About the role

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team. This is an opportunity to practice at a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where you'll work alongside behavioral health clinicians, primary care providers, substance use disorder professionals, and care coordinators to deliver integrated, whole-person care to adolescents and adults throughout Central Wisconsin. As a Psychiatrist at Noble Community Clinics, you'll play an essential role in diagnosing and treating patients with behavioral health and substance use disorders while partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to improve long-term health outcomes. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative psychiatrist who is committed to providing exceptional care and improving access to behavioral health services in rural Wisconsin communities.

What you'll bring

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Current Wisconsin medical license in good standing (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience treating behavioral health and substance use disorders.
  • Demonstrated experience prescribing and managing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and/or alcohol use disorders.
  • DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Successful completion of Noble's credentialing and privileging process.
  • Board Certification in Addiction Medicine or Addiction Psychiatry.
  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatry experience or certification.
  • Experience practicing within an FQHC, Community Health Center, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), or other integrated care setting.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented treatment, and integrated behavioral healthcare.
