About the role
This position is contingent upon contract award. In this role, you'll provide remote scheduling and administrative support for Veterans receiving care through a coordinated healthcare network. You'll manage appointments and referrals, communicate with Veterans and healthcare providers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely access to appropriate services. This is an administrative and scheduling position and does not involve hands-on clinical care.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to successfully complete the required background screening, including a Public Trust determination.
