About the role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in supervising a large federal project. You must possess knowledge in every stage of the construction process for ground-up vertical construction projects. Previous experience working on USACE projects is desired.
What you'll bring
- You must possess knowledge in every stage of the construction process for ground-up vertical construction projects.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- 3+ years of relevant construction experience
- Procedural knowledge of construction trades
- Completed OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within the last 5 years
- Attendance at a professionally accredited QC management course (e.g. conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facility Engineering Command, including a current certification within the last five years)
- Current First aid/CPR certification
- Intermediate proficiency in ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in oral and written communication
- Intermediate proficiency in problem solving
- Fluent in the English language
- Previous experience working on USACE projects is desired.
