About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HSE Lead to join our UK Operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with company and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements across assigned site(s). The role will be based at our Slough site, with regular travel required to Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen. The HSE Lead will work closely with Site Leadership and cross‑functional teams to manage site‑based HSE management systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a strong safety culture. Reporting to the HSE Country / Regional Manager, this position involves managing multiple priorities, supporting local and regional HSE objectives, and maintaining consistent standards across multiple locations. What you'll bring
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in an HSE role with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capability in problem solving, process improvement, and change management
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Good knowledge of local and national HSE legislation
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
