The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for the overall direction of home health clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the highest standards of quality and contribute to the overall success and philosophy of the agency. What you'll bring
- Must hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must be reasonably capable of lifting over twenty (20) pounds.
- At least three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
- Ability to communicate with tact and empathy with customers and community members.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business management principles, state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while being collaborative and able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
