Please note, this is an On-site role based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico The Front Line / First Line Supervisor (HMO) is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the site’s operational activities, including product receipt, isotank filling, and shipment of finished products in various packaging formats. The role ensures compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while maintaining product quality and on-time deliveries, always with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in operations management, quality control, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
- Experience working with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- preferably within industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or production environments.
