About the role

This role is ideal for a paralegal interested in handling business immigration matters and providing day-to-day case support, with a particular focus on serving Japanese-speaking clients.

What you'll bring

• Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Previous experience in preparing business immigration applications with USCSI and Consular processing, including demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, OP, PERM, I-140, AOS, etc.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling a high volume of cases
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse professionals
