About the role
Northeast Community College is seeking a part-time ABE/GED Instructor in our Adult Education program on our South Sioux City Campus. The purpose of this position is to provide adult learners at Northeast Community College with instruction in basic skills, GED® preparation, and career pathway development. The instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both classroom and virtual learning environments, including face-to-face classes and synchronous online instruction through Zoom. This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of attendance and instructional hours, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state Adult Education policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
