The ideal candidate will be highly engaged with customers, proficient in managing phone, internet, and showroom opportunities, and experienced in used vehicle acquisition and inventory management.
What you'll bring
- Previous automotive sales management experience required.
- Experience with used vehicle acquisition, appraisals, and inventory management.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in CRM-driven sales environments
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
