About the role

This role requires strong functional knowledge across the Workday HCM suite and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective configurations. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, support full project lifecycles, and ensure solutions align with operational needs, compliance standards, and business objectives.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus.
