About the role

We are seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Insurance Sales Player/Coach to drive new business growth within one of our local offices. We are searching for talented leaders who will help us shake up the insurance world and guide the NavSav of tomorrow. Our people bring ambition, passion, and innovation to every dimension of our company. This is a hands-on, player-coach sales position. The Insurance Sales Player/Coach will manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5–10 insurance producers while also maintaining personal new business production goals.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of property and casualty insurance sales experience.
• 2+ years of insurance sales leadership experience.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated success producing and closing new business.
• Experience coaching producers and managing sales performance.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and motivational skills.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
