About the role

IDT’s Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM) . In this role, you won't just manage a route—you will be a growth partner for small businesses. You will drive revenue by selling our flagship National Retail Solutions (NRS) portfolio—including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, credit card merchant services, and cash advances—while simultaneously managing and expanding our traditional telecom and financial services products (Boss Revolution) within your territory. This role balances the thrill of direct, consultative sales with the stability of consistent account management.

What you'll bring

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Language: Bilingual professionals
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable car, and a willingness to travel door-to-door within your assigned territory daily.
• Traits: A resilient "people person" with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
• fluency in both English and Spanish are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.
