M9 Solutions is seeking a Deployment Network Specialist to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Springfield, VA .
What you'll bring
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field AND 7+ years of working experience in a networking role OR 12+ years of work experience in a networking role.
- Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing.
- DoD Manual 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification Certification for Intermediate level Network Operations Specialist DCWF Code 441.
- Ability to identify cable colors, markings, or labels.
- Must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), can communicate with all levels of the organization, and present complex and technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- An ability to develop and follow processes and standard operating procedures.
- Deployment of network equipment and technology, with working knowledge of network devices and configuration.
- Able to use device command line interfaces (CLI) and make configuration changes as needed.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud provider environments such as AWS and Azure
