The Finance & Business Operations Coordinator supports financial, operational, and strategic initiatives across Cole West. This role works across departments to analyze information, improve processes, develop reporting tools, leverage technology, and support informed business decisions. The position provides broad exposure to the homebuilding and real estate development business and is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, organized, and eager to learn.
