- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required) Master’s degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or business services At least 2 years of management experience Physician practice management experience (preferred) Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
