We are seeking a passionate, fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) to provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy at our St. George home. What you'll bring
- Licensure: Full, independent clinical licensure in the State of Utah (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC).
- Please note: We cannot accept pre-licensed applicants or associates for this specific role at this time.
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated experience and deep competence in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, adolescents, young adults, and families.
- Frameworks & Values: Strong foundational knowledge of the minority stress model and affirmative therapeutic practices.
- Candidates must demonstrate an active commitment to Encircle's specific model of family preservation and bridge-building.
- Autonomy: Ability to manage a caseload independently, organize clinical hours effectively, and maintain ethical boundaries in a vibrant, community-centered environment.
- Credentialing: Current credentialing with major insurance panels (SelectHealth, BCBS, EMI, etc.) is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
