About the role

We are looking for a leader who can connect Finance, product, data, and technology. The ideal candidate can set direction with senior leaders, go deep enough to challenge product and technical decisions, and drive execution across multiple teams. This person should have prior experience building and scaling data or digital products and understand how the underlying data foundation, operations, analytics, and AI capabilities come together to deliver business value. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan. We are looking for a leader who can connect Finance, product, data, and technology. What you'll bring

  • 12+ years of experience across data strategy, data and analytics, product leadership, Finance transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong product leadership experience, including building and scaling enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading enterprise data and analytics transformation in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience supporting Finance functions such as Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, semantic models, analytics platforms, data governance, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Deep techno-functional experience with the ability to shape solution direction and challenge product, data, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Experience leading global teams and large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience working with senior Finance and Technology leaders.
  • Healthcare or payer industry experience.
  • Experience working with or leading Global Capability Center teams.
  • Consulting background.
