About the role

As a Cabinet Engineering Technician, you'll play an important role in transforming approved cabinetry designs into detailed production drawings that guide our manufacturing team. This is a technical, behind-the-scenes role with no client-facing responsibilities. Every project we build is custom, giving you the opportunity to solve unique challenges, collaborate across departments, and see your work come to life on the production floor.

What you'll bring

• We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Candidates with strong drafting experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using Cabinet Vision, 20/20, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software is preferred.
• Experience in custom cabinetry, woodworking, drafting, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Understanding of cabinet construction, woodworking materials, and joinery techniques.
• Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinetry software.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building code considerations related to cabinetry.
• While experience in custom cabinetry is an asset, we're willing to invest in the right individual who demonstrates strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build a long-term career with Casey's Creative Kitchens.
